It cant be good, but i dont think it matters that much for a restaurant job. I applied for a job as a dishwasher with horrible handwriting, and my employers didnt care. But then again my employers are just plain weird.

your handwriting is a first impression of you the individual. Take your time filling out the application and pre-employment paperwork.
Your handwriting becomes even more important in food service if you are waiting tables; the kitchen/grill staff have to be able to read what you're writing in order to properly prepare the order you are serving:)

Do a Google seek for penmanship & you will probably discover courses that tutor penmanship & will see writing kinds taught in this technique. this gives you with a great thought of what looks stable. Yep, that's significant in only about any job.

what does handwriting have to do with anything? did they as you to write your alphabet on the application?
