My hubby found me a tarot deck abandoned at a job he was at. I've always wanted to learn tarot.
My husband just picked 3 cards in this order
King of Wands - The Devil XV- Wheel of Fortune X
Any experts out there to interpret.
I want to know if I was even close with my interpretations

I interpreted that he was heading one direction and something (which I assumed was me) was trying to ground him in a central safe position. Also there were many outside influences that caused trouble/stress in his life and he likes to push the limits with everything, from business to arguments.
There is some sort of change happening or about to happen in business. The wheel of forturne will possibly guide him to good fortune?
As I said, Im only learning. Will keep watching to see who writes more. Cheers
PS: The cards were left at an abandoned property. I think I have Sage incense somewhere.

There is a fantastic FREE site to learn tarot: http://learntarot.com
The King of Wands is aligned with actions taken on impulse and a character easily influenced by external circumstances. There is often an inherent violence in this individual's desire to see the ideals of truth and creativity upheld. The King of Wands is fair and just but is deeply aware that true justice may not be found in this world. Therefore, there is a tendency to look beyond for guidance and inspiration...thus becoming The Seeker. This card is the essence of intuitive creativity and the pouring of energy into the creation of dreams. On the negative side, the King of Wands may indicate an extravagant boaster who loves to argue for the sake of arguing...the original Devil's Advocate.
Perhaps the most misunderstood of all the major arcana, the Devil is not really "Satan" at all, but Pan the half-goat nature god and/or Dionysius. These are gods of pleasure and abandon, of wild behavior and unbridled desires. With Capricorn as its ruling sign, this is a card about ambitions; it is also synonymous with temptation and addiction. On the flip side, however, the card can be a warning to someone who is too restrained, someone who never allows themselves to get passionate or messy or wild - or ambitious. This, too, is a form of enslavement. As a person, the Devil can stand for a man of money or erotic power, aggressive, controlling, or just persuasive. This is not to say a bad man, but certainly a powerful man who is hard to resist. The important thing is to remind the Querent that any chain is freely worn. In most cases, you are enslaved only because you allow it.
With Jupiter as its ruling planet, the Wheel of Fortune is all about big things, luck, change, fortune. Almost always good fortune. Almost every definition of this card indicates abundance, happiness, elevation, luck. A change that just happens, and brings with it great joy.

Make sure you smudge the cards--that is, burn white sage until it's lit, then blow out the flame, it's the smoke you want, a lot like an incense, the actual plant is best, but sage incense would probably work--you want to clean and clear the old energy out of the cards. You really want to do it with things like that.
learntarot.com is an excellent site. Also Nancy Garen's Tarot Made Easy is a great book to start with.

Your charming, individualistic husband has just realized he has been mired down in the material, thinking negatively and needs some spirituality in his life...
Read the cards intuitively and after learning the meanings of the cards, use the meanings loosely when interpreting...
This on-line course to learn tarot is free and I thought, very good--->

I feel that your husband has been through significant growth in the last few years most & is about to either head in a new direction or start a new business in the field that he has been learning about.
I am interested to know what your interpretation was if you feel like sharing it.

A dark and propertied Man of middle age will make life miserable for a bit then the wheel will turn and all will be well or better.

Wiccans or witches pass their belongings onto their children so it stays in the family, very odd for it to be just left there, the owner could return to look for it,I would put it back where you found it, the last thing you would want would be an angry witch
although if she/he wants it back they will scry to find you, and if someone turns up to get it back you must give it to them.
