i am 14 and my dad is making alot of jokes that I don't understand.PLEASE HELP

Your dad is telling you an old joke, just giving it a new twist. The part of any fish's body that "weighs" a lot are the "scales".
(as in you use a scale to determine something's weight)

i have no idea, clownfish are not heavy at all.
