Hey, oky so here's the deal:

I want to change the world. Okay, so you're heard it before. i want to amek an orginization that would reach out to people across the world. Kin of like Invisible children and TWLOHA. They're all great orginizations and I've always wanted to start my own.

I'm only 15 but hey, dreams come true, right? My question is how do you start things like this? Where do you begin and how do you get publicity?

First of all, you should seek out organizations that share your vision, and work in them for a while. You are very idealistic if you think that "that next great organization" will make the world better. There are 1000s of such movements. They all believe as you do, that they are doing the right thing. Maybe you agree with some and disagree with others. Starting with a well founded organization is a good way to see what works and what doesn't develop your leadership skills.

Define what it is you want to do? How would the world be better off because of your work? Who shares you vision and goals, and who doesn't? You need allies, you need to learn how to deal with personality conflicts and find common ground.

You have a long way to go. If you want to change the world, start with yourself.

Change the world? Hummm. Well I don't think your going to have a problem with starting an organization but keeping it alive will be the real problem. All I can think of is make BIG business friends, money can come in handy.
