Cheney and Hailburton have committed no crime. Hailburton, along with other companies like Bechtel are given no bid contracts in Iraq because they are the only companies that can do what the government wants to be done as quickly as they want it done. Any other company would need months if not years to prepare, Hailburton could have people and equipment on the way the next day.

most of them wont have too, all of the pertinent information to convict all those top end republican white collar criminals was in building 7 at WTC in NY. That building collapsed you know........
