There are a lot of very talented people answering questions on this forum. However, in order to properly diagnose a problem, the person asking the question needs to provide this basic information so that we know what we are looking at. "My car is broken, what happened?" is not likely to get a good answer. If you want help, there are plenty here who can provide it. But please provide this information so we can. Thanks.

On some forums, the moderators can make a post a "sticky", where it continues to appear at the top of the page all the time. Can that be done here? That way people will know what we need before they post.
