how can I Log on or remove the password of administrator user using Limited User without running is safe mode?

I know how to remove admin's password or change it by using other admin user...how about if using only limited user?

You Cannot Unless You are in safe mode or have a Cracking Tool. Limited users are set for the reason that things are blocked.So if you want to get into the account you are going to need the password.

The word "Limited" user should pretty much tell you that the answer would be NO, you can't.

You have to be an administrator to do anything with any account other than your own.
