No, it will be dead. Bettas are a fish that's active during the day, and inactive at night. Without light to see, it won't eat, and all the food you put in the tank will foul the water and kill it.

Do you want it to be more aggressive? They are already naturally aggressive towards their own kind, especially other males which is why it is best not to keep two together as they will fight usually to the point of the looser's death or serious injury or illness due to infection of ripped fins and bodily dammage. Otherwise they are generaly peaceful fish.

It is best to provide it with some light at least in the daytime, even if it is from an ouside source like a nearby lamp. If you have no heater for yur betta a light can help maintain a tropical temperature especialy on a small tank.

I hope you plan on feeding it for more than one month as they will still need to eat just the same after that amount of time.

if you want your betta to be aggressive just but put a mirror next to the tank so it can see itself, and its fins will puff up. it will get mad.

it needs light to be healthy, don't put it in the dark for that long, it wont be able to regulate a sleep cycle and it will cause some serious health issues.
