im thinking some where near mountains and away from large bodies of water, thats where the humidity comes from, on or near the mountains would keep a more constant temp and a cooler one at that,

someone else said coast of oregon, thats a good idea for the cooler temp but it would be very wet and rainy maybe not humid, for practicly the whole year......

i hope i helped, i cant chose for u.... what do u think is the best? good luck!
