Add equations 2 and 3:-
4y + 5z = 13

2x - 4y + 2z = - 2
-2x + 3y + 2z = 4----ADD

- y + 4z = 2

- 4y + 16z = 8
4y + 5z = 13----ADD

21 z = 21
z = 1

- y + 4 = 2
y = 2

2x - 4y + 2z = - 2
2x - 8 + 2 = - 2
2x = 4
x = 2

x = 2 , y = 2 , z = 1
