The report posted in that first post was compiled by a program called Hijackthis, which is a major program used to scan computers for every software program, service, and setting on a system.

Don't try to remove anything on your own, please get help from one of these types of forums, there are many across the web. I currently use the Dell Community Forums for all sorts of issues including on for Hijackthis.
