they were made in Mexico, on a boarder town across from Eagle Pass, TX...
the person that made them was named Ignacio (nacho as nickname), so people would order the nacho special.
so they were made in Mexico, but were made big in Texas

Yes, I knew that. Chili is also not Mexican in origin. But some people think it is too.
