I would love to be able to go to a nice, romantic dinner but I can't seem to find a restaurant that will work. My husband is quite the picky eater and would prefer just regular American food, instead of the high-class cuisine that seems to be served all over the strip. Any suggestions?? And if you knew some prices that would help as well :)

Emeril's Steakhouse called Delmonico's has GREAT food. It is a fancier/romantic place that I got my husband to go to because it has "steak and potatoes". I got my fancy food and my husband got his meat and potatoes.

Emeril has a steakhouse-- I think it might be in MGM? It's just plain old steak and potatoes, but really delicious!

There's also a restaurant on top of the Stratosphere. It slowly rotates, and I'm sure the view is amazing. I've never eaten there because all of the reviews I've read say that it's expensive, but for a special date it might be perfect!

If all else fails there's an Outback Steakhouse right near Harrah's!

It's not "American" cuisine but great food nonetheless -- Shintaro's in the Bellagio. Concept is similar to Benihana's but the execution is muuuuch better!

Dinner at Rum Jungle in Mandalay Bay is very good too.
