Anyone that can accurately tell what happened 14.7 billion years ago could solve this simple little ole problem blindfolded and both hands bound.

What?

There is a huge difference between experimentally calculating the age of the universe and magically solving a problem. Your question is obviously loaded with the same assumptions that people who do not understand science all share, namely, that because someone knows something, it means that they can do something about it.

Here's the deal, I "know" that you are ignorant, but I can't "do" anything about it.

Oh, and by the way, scientists have already come up with the solution to global warming. Reduce carbon emissions drastically and stop polluting. It's implementation that's the problem.

If we are still coming out of the last Ice Age as scientists contend, then what is all the big deal about global warming?

Humans weren't contributing to it 12-14,000 years ago. So humans are pretty vain to think that they are the forces behind it now.

Global warming/cooling is a *natural* cycle that Earth has experienced countless times in the past. Nothing...repeat NOTHING...we can do is going to reverse the current cycle of global warming. It's going to happen no matter what we do. Science has shown that in order to even significantly effect the current natural global warming cycle, our civilization would have to cut back at least 90% on current emission levels. To reach that level we would have to totally shut down our civilization...no manufacturing, no travel of any kind, no Saturday night barbecues, etc.,.

Global warming is going to continue..! Even Al Gore can't stop it.

Global warming does and will reverse: its called global cooling/ice ages. Its a natural cycle that no person or even 6 billion people can reverse.

Unfortunately, the solutions all involve lowering the amount of carbon dioxide in the Earth's atmosphere (or else finding some way of radiating a huge amount of heat off into space...which is not very likely).

Global warming has to do with enviornmental change. It is studied by meteorologists and climatologists. It will be managed by engineers who will develop new "green" ways to drive cars, light rooms, etc.

The people who study the Big Bbang are astronomers and cosmologists, who know little about meteorology or engineering.

If I'm intrepreting your question correctly, you're basicallly admitting that you know absolutely nothing about these topics, and you are for some reason bitter/hateful toward those that have chosen to educate themselves. Sad, really.

Yes . . . well, there are actually 3 -- maybe 4 at most -- that I would recommend if you're really serious about getting the job done. So tell me, how serious are you?

And they have.
However, the solutions may cause some capitalists to reduce profits. Therefore they are not allowed.
