I know that their is 5 ocean's from doing my research again as an adult. But I'm curious how many Sea's their is, in the world?

But there are a lot missing from here. Salton, Adriatic, Sargasso. I guess those aren't "major."

Good answer from 'Tycha Brahe' -- 2 minor points, though: The Salton "Sea" is a reservoir in Southern California (created by a ruptured aquaduct some decades ago), which provides water for agriculture in the Imperial Vally, but whose future is iffy now as it gradually evaporates. And the Sargasso "Sea" is a portion of the Atlantic Ocean, so doesn't qualify as a separate entity. (Supposedly it has huge expanses of kelp or other seaweed in contrast to the rest of the ocean, which made it worthy of having a name.)
