Ha! Prunes, of course! Not the boiled-to-death kind but the soft dried or mi-cuit varieties. Raisins are delicious too but only the natural ones without added oil and the jumbo varieties.

prunes to eat as a snack
raisins in oatmeal and golden raisins in bread
and both to stay regular and keep those insides moving
