recently i tried cancelling via electronic (i.e. email) but it didnt work...

i already tried typing in cancel for keyword and click on the part to do it electronically...and it didnt work...

if they have ur credit card # cancel the card .. if they have ur bank account change it ...

You have to call and fight with their cancellations department, known as "saves" within the company. 888-265-8008
AOL has already had one class action lawsuit brought against them for their refusal to cancel accounts;

Yeah DZE, I definetly think they should cancel their credit card just to cancel AOL. Great choice.
