In Western Countries a hairy chest is not considered as sexy.But in the East and Africa chest hair is considered as sexy and indicative of capacity for satisfying woman.

yup but not too much, depends on the woman and her likes. some hair gives a manly look where as no hair seems boyish some how, i dunno why.
