My answer would have to be, "no".

It just means that you, like many other people, have ticklish knees.

This is a fairly well-known wive's tale. If someone tickles or squeezes a girl's knee, if she is ticklish she is boy-crazy.

This may be a spin off from a mother goose rhyme which goes:
