Where is a good place to get designer knock-offs in Philadelphia, PA?

The Italian Market has a few spots. But really, the heart of knock offs is Canal Street in lower Manhattan. You can get anything there at cheaper prices than you can anywhere in Philly. If you can do that, it's worth the trip.

The last I looked there was a guy with a cart that stands on the corner of Broad and Race. He sells everything from videos to clothes, all imported counterfeits.
