Absolutely, they will be collector's items when he's hauled off to the hoosegow.
But to make your jersey even more collectible spread some meat over it and let a pack of dogs play with it. The rips will make it look authentic.

He used to be my favorite player because of his athletic ability, but now that I know he is one of the worst person's in the world I have no respect for him and no I would not pay money to wear his name on my back or pay so that he profits off of it.
