Ok I have 4 acers of land I own. It will be built in a small city about 45 mins outside of Hattiesburg,MS. My husband works for a brick company so we'll get a discount there. But I want a round about cost for everything. From hired help to the people who draw up the plans to the inside and all being done and ready to live in. I don't want anything fancy just a basic 2 or 3 bedroom house. I have 15,000 and don't know if that's enough or if I should wait and save up more. I do not want to take out loans wanna pay cash for everything.

Depending on what you intend to do yourself. Plan about $150 per square foot. That should be close to your expected costs if you were to have it built...

Even in Mississippi, $15,000 won't build you a house. You can spend that in the kitchen alone. Check with home builders in your area, go to new home communities and check out the models. Make sure you've seen some homes a builder has built. They also have plans for you to choose from and have their own independent contractors to do the work. Taking a mortgage is the norm when building or buying a home. But you still need to do tons of homework if you think you'll be building a home for $15,000.
