My nitrate, nitrite, ammonia and ph levels for...............?

Question

a pair of seahorses
a clean up crew

can i put the clean up crew in early please tell me the minimum water requirements for those animals

what i need to know is what do the nitrite and that levels need to be

nitrite as well as ammonia have always to be at "0"
For the ph 8.2 - 8.4
For the nitrates below 10ppm
