Why, even when ATI/AMD had an additional 7 months of development time, did they produce a card that boats 320 stream processors and a 512 bit memory bus and more, yet in the benchmarks does not meet or beat its competitor in performance? How can a card with better specs perform worse than a card which on paper is not superior? please I want real reasons not things like "cause ATI and AMD sucks"

There are a couple of reasons. As the first person pointed out, drivers are an issue as nVidia is definately superior in that area to ATI right now on these new cards, but that could change. The other reason comes down to technical differences that aren't quite as obvious. While ATI has the quite obvious advantage with the higher bit memory bus and more stream processors, there are other parts where they are lacking. If you go this comparison:http://www.gpureview.com/show_cards.php?card1=518&card2=474
you will see that the ATI has the advantage in a lot of areas, but if you look at pixel fill rate and texture fill rate, they are behind. The answer to this lies in the details section on this page, where it lists texture units and raster operators, you see the 8800GTX has a 32 to 16 advantage in texture units, and a 24 to 16 advantage in raser operators. While these two specs may seem like a footnote to the others, these appear to be the two areas that are holding the ATI cards back. The cards apparantly are only as strong as their weakest link, and it appears ATI has left a very weak link in the chain.
