Is there a way I can get a list of all animal societies in the USA?

I'm trying to make a list of all pet societies (such as guppies, dart frogs, snakes, etc). Is there a definitive list?

I think you need to be more definitive to get an answer or to do an easy search. For animals with a bunch of breeds (like dogs or cats or rabbits or fish) the groups tend to be very specific (like Dalmations or Manx or Floppy ear Dutch). Another problem is that many groups are informal covering a limited area. They are unlikely to show up in most lists. You could find national umbrella groups and they may have affiliations with those hard to locate local groups. Think about what you really want to find and add details.
