Willow in the first few seasons of Buffy. But then she started doing witchcraft (and chicks) and became kind of cool, but before she betrayed her geekhood, she was my favorite. She was so cute and awkward and would always have silly rants.
Seth Cohen gets second place for being a cool geek, but not being as believable as a geek as Willow. But he, too, would have equally humorous rants as Willow and was a fan (and creator) of comic books.
And Screech gets third place. He always seemed more like a caricature of a geek rather than an actual geek, but I used to always watch Saved by the Bell so he gets automatic propers in my book.
