Us Humans have got rights.

First of all, I don't believe that you're agnostic. You're spouting arguments from the creationist playbook. Argument from incredulity: "I don't understand this, therefore a magic man in the sky did it." Sorry, that's not proof of anything other than a lack of understanding on the part of the person making that claim. Most of your arguments can be refuted simply by noting that if something didn't work, it wouldn't last long enough for us to notice it. The universe is not perfect, the earth is not perfect, the human body is not perfect, etc. They all work well enough. No, the concept of male and female doesn't blow my mind. It's a perfectly sensible evolutionary adaptation. Your "best argument" is based on the assumption that nothingness is the default state and it takes some kind of extraordinary force to produce something. There's absolutely no reason to believe that. Animals don't need big brains to survive. However, once a particular population develops greater intelligence, those with more intelligence have an advantage over those without it. You're using the standard theistic mistake of assuming that humans represent the pinnacle of existence and that all other species are trying to become human. That's a complete misunderstanding of evolution. Why do dogs play? They don't need it for survival. Morality is not based on neurochemistry. It's based on social learning.

No. Give Silicone rights and it will think it has the right to ask men questions. NO. Clearly cannot be allowed. Lol. Give cups of coffee rights as these are obviously in total control of every situation. Apart from man made disasters, then it is traditional for the British to have a cup of tea.

Are you talking about implants, that kind of silicone? If so, then no, I don't think that they should have equal rights. They are not a living being.
