Elected Nov. 1991, inaugurated Jan 21,1992. First alleged agenda,"Don't ask...Don't tell". Not to repay Log cabin republicans...just the other gays. This got him on the "3" dollar bill...which had all sorts of insults...Disgruntled States of America,etc...Bush was on a $200 bill you can see online and it's NOT an insult!
