Nobody died over the incident that I'm aware of.... that's what happens when you resolved disputes diplomatically.

And it's a good example of why people shouldn't jump to conclusions and immediately try to respond with force -- you might change your mind after all the facts are in, and how would you feel then if people had actually died?
