Every team has a website which has the time and locations of the practices. Some teams, like the Houston Texans, make you buy tickets because the practices are held in a dome and the seating is limited. It is easy to obtain autographs though. You have to stay for the whole practice and as some of the posters have said here, it is easier if you are or have a child. A lot of athletes don't want to sign for adults because they figure that autograph will end up on e-bay the next day. One more thing, arrive early and plan to attend more than one day. The first day you can get the "lay of the land" and identify the choice spots to get signatures. You might not get a lot of signatures this day. On day two, armed with your new information, arrive early and get your chosen spot. Good luck!

I use to go to the Denver training camp all of the time. How they would work it was after every practice 5 to 8 different players would hang around and sign autographs for 15 to 20 minutes. It is sometimes tough to get autographs of the more popular players since they have the biggest crowds around them and you might have to wait through several practices before it was their turn to stay.
