It DOES NOT EXIST.
the thought that water drains differently below the Equator than it does above the Equator is "an old-wives tale" or an "urban legend" without fact to support it.
The water drains the same everywhere unless affected by the piping, etc. NOT by where it is in the world.

Water draining is too small a phenomenon or a system to be affected by coriolis force. So , in this case spinning has nothing to do with the latitudes.

Crossing the equator will reverse he natural spin of a vortex when draining due to reversal of Coriolis forces for the northern and southern hemispheres. A large pump and tank shipped south failed because flow straighteners were wrong. Hurricanes also spin in different directions for the same reason.

Actually they proved in UK tv series Braniac, that water spin does not have different direction in opposite sides of the equator. It has nothing to do with location, only with the shape and size of the basin.

The clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation of water down a drain is not affected by the hemispheres or the magnetic poles. It simply has to do with the piping, drainage system, and the construction of said system, direction of flow, and a lot of other factors; none of which are related to geography. The drains run clockwise or counter-clockwise in both hemispheres.

The North and South Poles. Now if you can get liquid water, a kitchen sink and piping there, you can prove it.
