I think Micheal Vick should go to jail........... That will take care of any suspension that Roger Goodell will hand out....

If you kick pacman jones out why not kick michael vick out? Seems racial though all the players being kicked out are african american. So when the first white dude screws up i hope they enforce the same standard as they are for the rest of the league. Only time will tell. Everyone needs to realize that proffessional sports is a business. If you worked for a company you know like a real job and got accused of something like this they would fire you in a heart beat just because of the negative attention you have created for the company you worked for. The NFL is taking the same approach. I thought the human race has come too far for dog fighting and the cruelty it creates, but maybe i was wrong.

The commissioner is not going to do anything in this case because of the high likely hood that Michael Vick is going to be sitting in jail for at least a year... which would cover the season suspension that he would give Vick. Now the owner of the team may give him a paid leave of absence until the court system is done with him. But I doubt that, just based on their lack of interest in Dante Culpepper. And the whole paying the guy while he sitting at home doing nothing would tick me off too........

No. He doesn't deserve to be kicked out of the NFL. What he did was wrong and a federal offense, but banishment from the NFL is too extreme. I would say the absolute stiffest penalty he should get is to sit out this year. What will probably happen is that Goodall will suspend him for 6-8 games. I do agree with the commissioner overall stand on player conduct. There is no doubt he will have to either pay a hefty fine or sit for a few games.

IF he is guilty of the dogfighting charge, then yes, he should be kicked out. Right now, he's just been charged with it, and his trial starts next week. If he is found guilty (and I think he will be, or at least should be), then Roger Goodell has no choice but to bar him for life. If he somehow fails to do so, I think Arthur Blank should release Vick, even if it means ruining the season for the Falcons (though I really can't see them getting above .500 even WITH Vick on the field).

The feds got these charges done in 6 weeks which is almost a record. Plus they have a 95% conviction rate, which means that they already have everything that they need. So to answer your question, Altanta should start looking for a new QB because Vick is going away for 3 to 5 years.

There is actually a way to research a question that may have been asked already. Guess what, this at least the 15th time i have seen this one. With an additional 20,000 wide variety of Vick questions asked already in the last two days.

I have no sympathy for someone who has everything, but wants more. Kick the s.o.b. out of the NFL. He can go to jail for a while and coach the prison league's. But, who are we fooling here? That jerk has enough money to buy his freedom. Just like so many other terds out there who deserve jail time, but they tossed enough money out there to avoid it.

He needs to be kicked out and sent to jail for the maximum term. if he plays I hope the linemen let the defense crush his skull until he is a quadriplegic
