Unless there was an "accident" while George W. Bush had his colonoscopy, he won't. Besides, Cheney is really the guy in charge anyway. Why would he want to be president when he has a convenient puppet who will take all the heat and go to all those ceremonial events?

Cheney has always been President; Bush just dangles from a string and does whatever Cheney tells him to do.
That's the way the Bilderberg Convention set it up when it decided Bush-Cheney would win the White House.
