Being a vegetarian who actually lives in Pomona...lots of non-veg places offer options for us veggie lovers! I'd recommend: Bangkok Blue (thai), PF Chang's (chinese), El Cholo (mexican), Shehnai (indian), or a veg-only place like Sidney's Cafe (Fullerton), Veggie Bistro (Whittier), Veggie & Tea House (San Dimas), One World Vegetarian (Covina)... hope all that helps!

A national chain of Chinese restaurants with savvy management at the top and four attractive locations in the Los Angeles area. New on their menu are four vegetarian entrees offered as lunch selections in addition to several vegetable dishes in the regular menu. The lunch dishes can also be ordered for dinner. Even more impressive is that their vegetarian foods are prepared in a separate portion of the kitchen from the rest of the menu. There's an excellent Indian restaurant on Arrow and Central in Upland (just north of Montclair Plaza) called Dehli Kitche, I think. It's in the mall across from Jon's pizza. They have lots of vegetarian options.
There's a Chinese place in Upland at 4th and Mountain (by the Denny's) that I can't remember the name of. It's right by the Michael's, though. They have Chinese brocolli in garlic sauce to die for.
There's a place called Darvish on Foothill between Towne and Mountain in Claremont (near the sushi restaurant that looks like a ship and across from the mall with the new Sprouts and the Baskin and Robbins). They do Persian food, and they have a lot of vegetarian options and even a whole vegetarian platter. And the maust o' moussier is lovely, although you'd better both want to eat it. On a date, you can't have garlic if you're the only one eating it. :)

If they're all 'natural' I would recommend the natural cafe, very classy, mostly vegitarian, and fairly cheap!
