Borders and Barnes & Noble are both selling it for $20.99. Wal-Mart and Target are $17.99. Any large chain store will be selling it for between $17.99-25.

depends on where you are. Since you are in california, it may be more expensive than here in indiana. I pre-ordered my book about a month ago, and my price was 17.99

It depends on where you go. If you go to Barnes&Noble, it'll cost you around $35, but if you go to Wal-Mart, you can get it for around $18.
