I don't. I hate men. I think it'd be fun to buy a house once I get outta college, then adopt a few girls from China. I want kids, but no husband.

not ALL men, but some are not worth it, especially married ones (to you).

I bought a house twice without being married. Piece of cake! But it's really nice to have a partner for maintaining that house and for raising kids.

I'd like to be married and I can't really say why.
I know it would be nice to have the better health insurance benefits that I'd get.

I do know that I have absolutely no interest in ever having a wedding. What an expensive and silly pain in the butt.

Divorced. I married when I didn't know what I wanted. Now I know what I want but can't get over the mistrust. However I have found a friend that is helping with the trust thing. So maybe I will like to remarry someday.

I was married ounces and I will never do that again.
smart girl you don't need a husband to have a house and you can always adopt like you said .
have a husband for 1001 reasons just don't pick one to get things.
being married works for a lot of people and I'm happy for them I'm not against it but its not my thing.
I'm a lot happier being on my own then letting some guy think I'm his property.

When I was a teenager, I decided that I would never marry, but, I did want children. I'm now 38 and very happy that I am not married. I do have a child, and I am very grateful for him.

I am sure that marriage is nice for many, but not something that I needed to do to feel "complete". I will never marry.

I'm widowed. I loved my wife and I loved being married. She was not only my wife, lover, and mother of my sons, but most importantly, my best friend and confidant. I feel lost without her.

We went everywhere together, even to each others doctor's appointments. We had our ups and downs, but we made ABSOLUTELY SURE we talked things out and NEVER went to bed angry, even if it took talking all night.

I was a very kind, caring, gentle, loving, forgiving, and faithful husband for our entire 29 years together. I'm by no means perfect, but I was never physically, verbally, or emotionally abusive, mean, or demeaning to my wife in any way.

I loathe men who treat women badly and would like to kick the sh*t out of them. When I had my first Yahoo ID, I started to thank people for selecting me for BA, or tell them I liked their answer. I started to get email after email from women with horror story after horror about rape, abuse, and mistreatment. I seethed every time I read one, knowing there are so many jerks out there who treat women like that and keep getting away with it.

It is, of course, your choice whether or not to believe me, but I am telling you the truth.

HELL NO!!! I hate men, too!! I don't want to be a human punching bag for the rest of my life...or until the divorce. This had happen most of the women in my family. One of my cousins is permanently paralyzed because of what her husband had did to her. I don't want to be the next one!

I don't want any damn kids, either! Too high maintenance!

I am 45. I have never been married. I never wanted to be. I still don't want to be married.

I do have my boyfriend of almost 4 yrs, so far. He is 25. He doesn't want to be married either, but did consider it seriously at one point in his life.

I'm doing fine raising my son alone. We have a house and our three pets. I'd be more interested in having a good relationship with someone than worrying about making it legal for it's own sake.
