You have a good man next to you, there aren't that many men that REQUEST their wives to stay home and raise the children.
I suggest you prepare his favorite dinner, and listen to he will have to say, also try to get a better cell phone plan, you really need it. There's not much you can do for him to forget about it, he eventually will.

Yikes! I would be pissed too! You or someone has done a lot of talking. You need to pay the bill and do something about your cell phone plan. Either increase your minutes, talk more after peak hours, or look into a land phone. You can't make him happy, he is going to be mad as long as he chooses to be. If the bill is this high because you are the one racking up the minutes you need to apologize and tell him that you will seriously cut your talking on the phone way down.

900 minutes is only about 45 minutes a day on week days. Assuming you have a 1000 minute plan, you are talking an average of an hour and a half on the phone each week day. If you have no other adult in the house for eight or nine hours and you talk on the phone to an adult for an hour and a half, I think you are doing rather well. On the other hand, if you have a 5000 minute plan, you are talking four hours a day and you need to get a hobby.

Tell him you didn't realize that you were talking that much. Find out what it costs to get the next level of minutes. Show some responsibility for what you have done and and plan on how to prevent it in the future. If you have that all for him when he comes home, it will be hard to stay mad. Offer some suggestions on things you can cut back on to help pay the bill, some luxuries that are just for you.

Obviously not a responsible person :(
Especially if you're already married, you know what paying bills is like.
You need to tell him that you are truly sorry, and that it won't happen again.
Tell him that you love him and you don't want this causing a fight between you 2 because you know you were wrong.
Admitting it usually brings the anger out of the other person.
Don't try to get defensive, that will only make matters worse.
You have to pick your fights, and this really isn't worth fighting over because you were clearly in the wrong.
So just try to do whatever you can to keep the boat sailing smoothly ;)

I suggest getting a different plan so you don't go over. I personally prefer Cingular/AT&T because almost everyone I know uses them, and we get free calls since we are both customers of Cingular.
Just apologize for the overage, and promise to pay closer attention from now on. You might want to call the cell phone company and see if they will work something out with you. They may not, but it never hurts to ask.

I would make a sincere commitment to him to keep it under control. It is so hard being a stay at home mom - having been there and done that, it gets lonely and I totally understand how you went over on your bill. I am sure he'll understand if you just explain that it was totally unintentional. And, hats of to you for staying home, as it is the hardest job you could ever have! :-)

Tell him you will only use the cell phone for 30 minutes a week, unless it is an emergency. Get a regular phone cheapo!

Well make his favorite dinner, then put the kids to bed and eat in the sexiest outfit you got. The rock his world like you never have and make it wild. However make it with love not lust.

YOU BIG DUMMY !!
The best advice I have for you is to tell your husband you have a solution to the problem and how you plan NEVER to go over your minutes again. Then get a PAY-AS-YOU-GO plan and let him decide your monthly allotment of minutes.
Good Luck
