it took 2 yrs to get the technique perfect, anyway i give him the command "SHIGEES BOY" then off he goes down the street round the corner. sneaks into the shop does his stuff then returns home with a box of ciggies, wonderfull, saves me a fortune....my concern is IF he gets caught will they give him (Rolfy boy) a jail sentance or probation

OK while your post is a joke there was something on local news here in Devon (England) a while back just like this.
CCTV cameras in a shop caught a seagull walking in, picking up a packet of doritos from the shelf & walking back out again.

I hope they see your dog taking them and follow him back to you. What right do you have to steal from stores? While you were wasting your time teaching your dog to steal (if that's even true), you could have been working and making money to BUY your cancer sticks.
