I really don't want to waste much money because i am saving up a lot for college so i need to know the place you buy fishes at a low price.

Don't try to save money on fish, then you just end up replacing dead fish. If you go to places like Walmart, Petco, and Petsmart, you will often get weaker fish for a cheaper price, but at local fish stores, you might pay a little more for healthy fish. Just pay the extra 50 cents for a healthy fish.
