Absolutely... stress, improper nutrition, even a drastic change in altitude can affect your period. And if you're under 20, your body will still be making adjustments to your period, so that might be it too...
Having said that, if you had unprotected sex (including ANY contact of semen on or in your vagina), and your period is more than a couple weeks late, you should get a couple OTC pregnancy tests and use them.

along with stress spending more time with other females can cause it to be late or early. if you spend more time with other women your cycles tend to sync up
