ok-i've gotten up to the part where Luis gets killed in the castle and you have to save Ashley when she is chained to the wall. How exactly do you get to her?? i can't find anyway in the room or anyway down to where she is! how do you get to her??Thanks!

You can't drop down where she is. Use your sniper rifle and carefully shoot the bars around her. (Shoot them at the edge, where they meet the wall.) Once she is loose, you will have to protect her by shooting anything that gets near her. Once she is able to get the key that is on the floor, you will have control of her until she can get back to Leon.

Take your rifle and shoot the 3 things that have her strapped to the wall. Then she will be free. After that the rest will explain it's self.
