Last month around the 15th i ended my period. My boyfriend and I had intercourse that day that i finished and the condom broke!! So i went and got a plan B, not the next day, but the day after that, since you have 72 hours for them to be effective, and naturally it brought on my period. But here is is July 21 and i have still not had a period!!!!!! Could i be....ehhh...preg....i was told that the EcP worked because it made me have a period...HELP

No, you're not pregnant; your cycle is just off because of the plan B. Since it started your period then, your system needs to adjust.

Now, get on the pill so that you don't have to worry about this again.

It is possible that you could be pregnant if you had sex again and didn't use a condom. However, if you have used a condom every time since last month without it breaking, then it is highly unlikely you are pregnant. You could be stressed about it and your period is delayed because of the stress. If you still haven't had a period by next week...go get a pregnancy test.

You can absolutely get pregnant the day your end your period. The day your period starts and finishes has very little to do with ovulation...even though some idiots out there still think that there is a magic "day" of safety. If there was, we wouldn't need birth control!
Bringing on a period brings on "bleeding" and doesn't necessarily stop conception.
Get a pregnancy test.

Most likely you're not preg, it sounds like everything is normal. The ECP may have just affected your cycle a little and you'll be several days late. Either way you may want to see your doc and express your concerns.

all it is is that because you had a period waaay earlier than you should have done, most of what should have come out in your next period is gone. you should be fine. if you miss another, see your doctor.

I don't think that you're pregnant but if you want to be sure, buy a pregnancy test or go see your GP.
