You need to be patient but in the meantime get lots of fluids and rest and stop with the pills altogether!

The problem with losing water weight is that you may physically "weigh" less but you will lose NO bodyfat which is what actually will make you thinner.

Give yourself a couple of days and when you are feeling better, start getting regular exercise and eating more healthfully. That will get you in better shape, truly. Not just dehydrating yourself which is pointless!

Good luck. Be healthy!

i might look for suggestion from w/your scientific professional-taking too many water pills can dissipate sodium and potassium stages and throw off different electrolytes alongside with affecting your delicate kidneys and likewise reason dehydration. permit your Dr. be the decide of what you're taking to your water retention-you are able to or would possibly no longer want them-blood tension is additionally affected. Set your appointment-good success.

You must start drinking more water. Water pills are bad for you. If you want to lose more water weight, you have to drink more water. Your body needs a lot of water in order to function, such as the liver. If it doesn't get enough water, it holds on to the water it has, ergo, water retention.

Dehydration is serious! Your organs need water, plain and simple. Stop reading and drink water, water, water!

No one here can help you. Get a friend to take you to the ER or call 911. You probably aren't in danger BUT...

You've probably depleted the electrolytes in your body by dehydrating and then re-hydrating.

Don't fool around. Seek medical attention.

I wouldn't worry too much about muscle pains. If you're having abdominal pain or chest pain, that's when you need to worry and get yourself to a hospital.
