Bill Richardson is the most qualified presidential candidate for '08. He has arguably the best resume, background and experience. He was congressman, UN ambassador, Energy Secretary, and a fantastic governor. But why haven't many people heard of him? Why are so many people supporting the sell-outs i.e. Hillary, Barack? Hillary thinks she king of the world and Barack thinks just because he's black, people will sympathize for him? Don't you think this country needs a true leader especially in times like these instead of a mediocre, popular canidate? This country needs a true, passionate leader and Bill Richardson fits the "Bill".

He will also do well with foreign affairs. He has strong ties with many countries that don't like us very much right now.

I couldn't agree more!

Unfortunately, it'll be a cold day in hell when America elects the smartest, best qualified candidate with the most applicable experience.

No. How approximately Clinton for president and somebody different then Richardson for vice chairman? He merely took the devil's facet, and that i do no longer think of Hillary might ask a devil-lover to serve a term along with her.

I'll take him over any other Democrat. You know what'd be the best is some combination of Romney and Richardson, I wish that were possible.

Yes, I vote entirely on economic issues. If we had never elected Reagan and tax rates were where they were in the 1970s, nobody would be able to afford anything, and pretty much anything costs money, so social / behavioral rights, while I support them, would be meaningless.

So, I'll take Romney over Richardson, I'll take Giuliani over Richardson because Steve Forbes - who really should be President - is Giuliani's economic advisor, but I'll take Richardson over any other candidate from either party any day of the week.

I am not going to vote for a La Raza member who has promised to tear down the border fence if he is elected president. Richardson, just like all the other liberal Dem candidates, supports amnesty for all the illegal aliens in the US, he is against making English the Official Language of the US govt, and he is for an open border with Mexico. No, thanks! I will vote Republican in 2008.

He has an impressive record and would definitely consider voting for him in a General Election. He is a moderate and my second choice behind Giuliani.

i dont like him. one reason is that on the msnbc debate he said he originally supported alberto gonzales's appointment as atty gen because he was mexican. he called that candor, i call that irrationally supporting someone simply because they share your skin color.
