The world I love
The tears I drop
To be part of
The wave can't stop
Ever wonder if it's all for you

All in all I'm
Loving every rise and fall
The sun will make and I will take
Breath to be sure of this
In the end
All will be forgiven when
Surrender rises high and I
Gave what I came to give
Say it now because you never know

I HAD two tattoo's for about ten years. One covered my entire right thigh. The other covered my entire left breast and stretched onto my right. These tattoo's were very significant to me and I was proud of them. Until, I realized the impression they were giving everyone. For one thing, I am a woman. (I was a girl then). And, back then, tattoo's were not nearly as acceptable on a woman as they are now. In fact, it seems to me, that NOT having a tattoo these days, is what is unacceptable. Anyway, I don't really care what others think of me - BUT - anothers impression of you CAN and WILL affect your life - no matter how unfair that may be. For another thing, the REASON I got these tattoo's was absurd. So, I ended up paying TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and spending about two hours of my time every five weeks or so, for 14 months, visiting a dermatologist, who was certified in tattoo removal in order to get them removed. My point? Be SURE you want a tattoo. Song lyrics??? Hmmmm. I would think long and hard about that before actually going through with it. If you should conclude that you still WANT the lyrics tattood on your body, then I agree with everyone else. #1. Good luck with your decision...

Why are you getting chilli peppers lyrics? Great band, but song lyrics?....Really? This will be on your body forever. The second one is too long to be a part of another tattoo, it would overwhelm it unless its a big *ss back piece were talking about here.

Harming ourselves is a choice. Physically, tattoos are a huge turn off for me. I don't find them interesting, intriguing or otherwise desirable.

Branding, scarification extreme piercings are also in a similar category for me.

So, I hope you forgive me if I have no interest in dating you or getting to know you as a friend based on this issue.

Sorry, but in my opinion, neither one would be inked anywhere on my body... Give this a bit more thought...

probably the first one because if this is your first tattoo you're gonna hope there aren't a lot of words.
