If I sync my ipod onto my friends computer will it deleted all the songs on my ipod? She does not have any songs in her library or on itunes but it still gives the warning :"All existing music on your ipod will be removed blah blah blah". If I sync anyway will the music on my ipod go onto the itunes music library since she doesn't have any music yet?

If you select yes to sync your ipod with that library, it will delete everything off your ipod. If there's nothing in the itunes library it is syncing to, it will assume that there should be nothing on the ipod.
Select no and the ipod should still show up in itunes, but it will not sync with that library, so your music should be safe.

No if you sync with her ipod ALL the music on your ipod will be deleted. However, there are a few programs out there which will allow a transfer of your ipod to another persons itunes ie ipodRip or ipod to computer transfer -see link below
