Definitely not.
Everybody's job should be respected, especially by the one who loves him. Trust being the most important issue between lovers, should free a lady from being offended in case her man has no as much time as she (and him as well) would desire to spend together. Love if it is real, has nothing to fear. But work...oh-oh... it can be so easy to be lost and cause much discomfort..... In our times, everybody's job is essential and a priority. Ladies in love should have that in mind : a man's job is not a rivalry!! Instead, we ladies, should encourage and help however we can, our man to be effective and satisfied with his work.
The same stands with men as well. Nowadays, women work as much as men and their time for work should be respected too.

There has to be balance. A life without balance is not healthy. It is important that both people in a couple share the burdens of life, and that means that both pull their weight, in whatever way is agreeable to both. Sometimes compromise is necessary! It is good that you work, but you also have to give a certain amount of time to your relationship with your significant other. If you cannot do this, then you don't need a relationship. *sm*

What is your opinion of NO time? An hour a day, week, month? I guess I would be offended for a while if I got NO time then I would move on and find someone who thought enough about me to spend a little time with me.

No, I completely understand...he works hard the least I can do is be understanding about it. If I don't want him working so much then I need to get my lazy a** off the couch and go back to work.

Yea, what a damper on our relationship, we'd never spend time together and I'd feel awkward if I kept asking him to hang out and he's to tired to hang out from working so hard =S

Sometimes they are woman after all, they need attention even if just a simple words from you like "I love you but I have to work, remember that I really love you."
That will be enough. :)

I am living that right now. No, because I know he needs to do this. What hurts is when he does have time off, he doesn't spend it with me.

If you want a relationship, make time. Squeeze in some alone time, it is possible and workable. People make it happen.
