no, it's a lump a coal that i have given to myself. i don't blame the devil or anyone else for my issues.

Over the last five years I had begun to have increasingly withdraw into a downward spiral of depression..
But now with the method I can fully focus my energy and thoughts into a decisive line on how to make my life better constantly. And it works like magic! I'm beginning to attract people to me once again and things have just been looking up since then.
Helping you eliminate depression?

In a way yes because Depression is anger without enthusiasm,In depression...faith in deliverance, in ultimate restoration, is absent. The pain is unrelenting, and what makes the condition intolerable is the foreknowledge that no rememdy will come, not in a day, an hour, a month, or a minute. It is hopelessness even more than pain that crushes the soul.

its a state of mind when ur high expectations r not met ,its best to break up the high expectation into a small one at a time as climbing stairs one after one making u meet the goal hence satisfaction and happiness a gift from a good soul

i think down the road science will confirm that the underlying cause for depression is a vitamin/mineral deficiency.
