get grow lamps at wallmart for about 6 to 8 dollors

are you talking about a single light or a grow light to put plants under both of these items can be found at a hardware store- i purchased a regular floresent light fixture that holds 2 -4 foot plant lites and I put plants under them when they need an extra dose of light-i hope this helps

You don't have to purchase a grow lamp. All you have to do is install a fluorescent fixture and install one cool bulb and one warm bulb for fluorescent fixtures.. Yes, they come in cool and warm. This is how I germinate seeds in my utility room.
