Dude, trust me on this one. The best & safest way is using a razor blade. You don't even have to be that careful. Simply grab your penis in a upwards position and shave holding the razor lightly like almost as if your not care or scared. Everytime I do it this way I never cut myself. It's when I'm careful that I always cut myself. Using any chemical will leave you with burning sensation.

use a beard trimmer on the top (pubes) then shave in the shower with quality cream & razor. then body powder on the "boys" to prevent ingrows.......you'll love it. so do the chicks.
